Education Partnership - albert

The BAFTA albert Education Partnership is an initiative created for media courses run by UK Higher Education institutions. Through a comprehensive module, students will gain a fundamental understanding of the climate and nature crises, be introduced to sustainability within the screen industries both on and off screen and have exclusive access to the BAFTA albert student carbon calculator (based on the industry toolkit now mandated by all major UK broadcasters and many film funders).

This training is for students studying media-related courses at Higher Education (and Further Education) institutions, across all roles and disciplines. Education practitioners within the institution will be directly trained by BAFTA albert to deliver the module. The industry-leading module and exclusive resources are licensed per institution – if you would like to learn more, please email alberteducation@bafta.org.

Throughout the course, students will complete assessments to show their practical and creative learnings in sustainability. Upon successfully completing the course, students will be awarded an albert Grad certificate and badge.
